On remmoving these plugs, its looks like they were loctited in. I can not find any reference in the manual yet, but wondering do they get loctited in, anti cease grease...??

If there was loctite on plugs it was just being used as thread sealant. As such any liquid type thread sealant can be used to seal the plug threads.
