Greetings Jab Support,

What's with Bing's website disclaimers (see below)? I suppose they're very concerned with liability suits.

I'd like to tune my carburetor mixture settings. If I dare by from Bing, I swear I won't tell them it's for an aircraft, the type 94 is considered a CV carburetor according to their website (I surmise this by the picture but I could be wrong). Is the following link page the correct parts my carburetor?

https://www.bingcarburetor.com/cv-motorcycle.html

If not from Bing in the US, where then can I purchase needle jet/s and main jet/s for the Bing Type 94? Should I go through Arion Aircraft?

"IF YOU HAVE AN AIRCRAFT WITH A BING CARBURETOR WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LIABILITY OF ANY SORT"

"BING CARBURETORS ARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT ENGINES
THE CARBS LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FOR MOTORCYCLE
IF YOU HAVE AN AIRCRAFT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE !"

Thanks as always. Cheers.

Hello Jabiruyank,

My understanding is that www.bingcarburetor.com is the Bing reseller in the US.  So they obviously have a problem with the liability associated with aircraft parts.  The Bing factory in Germany supplies manufacturers such as us and Rotax directly.  It is your choice if you buy from them.  We can supply most parts you will need, otherwise.

I just spoke to Bing USA yesterday (May 25, 2021).  He said they have and will sell parts for the 94 carb.  They do not have, and cannot get, whole brand new 94 carbs from Germany.

Yes, obviously a litigation problem.  But Bing has apparently not contacted any of the other aircraft carburettor manufacturers, who also don't promise or guarantee that their carbs will never fail.  A very weak stance from Bing.
