Shell Multi viscosity

Hi Doug

I am considering using multi viscosity aero shell instead of shell 100.in my 3300. The engine has very good compression;the starting load seems high especially during cold weather, (though California w/x is never much lower than 30F.)

60 hours on the engine, what is Jabiru recommending on using multi vis oil??

Hi Walt,
We've been using oils like the AeroShell 15W50 for years: they work well though they seem (to me) to be a little more sensitive to oil change frequency and prefer to be changed out more regularly.
