Ok....POH and other documents state using mogas is "approved" ( 95 min, no adatives / ethonol etc etc ) So if a failure occurs in the tanks, or header tank.............what's the "fix" when the damage has been done, and what redress from factory. |

Hi Russ, MOGAS can have a lot more volatiles than AVGAS which can make it stink even when there's no leak but fumes in the cabin are a bad sign. If you look at the airframe technical manual you'll find there's a life on the flexible lines: assuming they're getting on in years a bit a thorough inspection of the system at the least would be a good idea.
