Fly Wheel Bolt Torque Check

I was at a recent engine seminar and was told that the Flywheel Bolt Torque check was not required for the newest roller cam engines. I've looked at the maintenance manual and the service bulletin and cannot find where the newer engines are exempt. If this is the case can someone point me to the documentation that eliminates the check on these new engines. Thanks.

Hi Gerry,
The engine gurus tell me that's not the case: the roller cam engine has the same checks etc as the other engines.
