Cylinder nut washer

Hello Support,

I’m installing longer 3/8 bolts with hardened washers and 12pt nuts sourced from Jabiru USA (back around 2015).
The base of the old (original) MS nuts measure 0.608” which looks to be just at the edge of the start of the cylinder fillet radius.
The diameter of the hardened washer measures 0.618”.

Will the additional .005” toward the fillet be an issue?

If it helps and you have the original prints, I have 3300 #1574. Cylinder #4 is engraved with 21736-89 (bottom skirt) and 141-9-22J (on base)
