Hello from the country of vodka and bears !!! 2200 engine with an operating time of 300. the camshaft coating wear very quickly. The last replacement of the shaft to the new original 50 hours The problem has repeated. thanks for the help.

Can you tell me which cam is in the engine? I can figure it out from engine S/No, provided the engine has not been modified.
Yes, if you can share photos that would help. I assume that you replaced the lifters as well as the cam last time?
A little wear - shiny patches on the cam etc - is not unusual, but damage to the cam surface, metal in the oil etc is.
